What is Offersmore.com?

Offersmore.com is a UK based website that brings you the best offers and competitions from across the web. Registering is completely free and you can enter as many competitions as you like.

How do I join?

Simply Sign up with us and we'll send you a confirmation email. You need to click on the link in the email to activate your membership.

How will I find out if I've won a prize draw?

If you're a lucky winner of one of the Offersmore.com prize draw competitions we'll let you know by email or telephone within two (2) days of the draw. We also publish the names of all winners, as soon as they are confirmed, on our Winners page.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are NO hidden charges with Offersmore.com. Registration is completely free and all the information we provide is at no cost.

How can I get help with technical problems?

Visit the Contact us page, select "Technical" from the drop-down list and fill in the details of your enquiry. We'll do our best to get back to you within two working days.

I can't login. What should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in please delete any Offersmore.com cookies you may have on your computer and clear your browser cache.

Below are instructions explaining how to do this for Internet Explorer running on Windows XP.

Clearing your Offersmore.com cookies:

  • Close all browser windows.
  • Go to your "Start" menu, found at the left of your task bar.
  • Select the "Search" or "Find" option, and "All files or folders".
  • Type "Cookies" in the search box and make sure that your hard drive (usually C:) is selected in the "Look in" field.
  • Once it has retrieved all results that match your search, double click on the folder named "Cookies".
  • Lastly, delete all the files that have the word "offersmore" in them.

Clearing your browser cache:

  • Close all browser windows.
  • Click the "Start" button, and select "Settings > Control Panel".
  • Choose "Network and Internet Connections > Internet Options".
  • On the "General" tab, click "Clear History".
  • When it asks "Delete all items in your History folder" click "OK".

How do I enable JavaScript?

Enabling JavaScript varies from browser to browser. Here are the steps needed to enable JavaScript in the latest versions of the most popular browsers:

Internet Explorer -Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level > Scripting: Active scripting > Enable

Netscape -Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Scripts and plugins > Enable JavaScript for Navigator

Mozilla -Tools > Options > Content > Enable JavaScript

Opera -File > Quick preferences > Enable JavaScript

If the problem persists please Contact us detailing which browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape) and operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac) you are using. We'll do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

My confirmation email hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Your confirmation email should arrive straight away but sometimes delivery takes a little longer. This is usually due to your mail server checking the message before allowing it into your inbox.

If your email still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes please check that it hasn't been sent to your junk mail by mistake.

If you still can't find it please Contact us explaining the problem and providing your POSTCODE and PASSWORD. We can then confirm your membership for you.

My password isn't recognised when I try to log in.

The password you use to log into the site is case-sensitive. The problem may be that one or more of the letters in your password is being entered in the wrong case - i.e. lower case instead of upper case (or vice versa).

You can update your personal details at any time. To do this simply login and visit "Update your details". You can then change any of the details you provided us.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, visit Forgotten password and enter your email address. We'll then email your password to you.

How do I stop receiving emails?

If for any reason you want to stop receiving emails please login and visit "Update your details". You can then change your contact preferences as you see fit.

If you cancel your Offersmore.com membership your account details will be placed in a suppression file. You will not receive any further email communications from Offersmore.com nor will you be eligible for any further Offersmore.com prize draws.
