THE PET FACTOR - TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Each member can only submit one picture.
- All pictures and text submitted will be moderated. This may result in a delay before your pet appears on the site.
- All members whose pets are accepted onto the site will receive a free entry to a prize draw for a year's supply of pet food worth £150.
- The winner may elect to receive a cash prize of £150 instead of the stated prize.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all active entrants.
- There will be only 1 winner.
- The photograph you submit must be of your pet. If it is not of your pet, you hereby warrant that you have permission from the owner of the pet. You may be required to show evidence of
such permission. If you are submitting a photograph of someone else's pet, the prize shall be awarded to the owner and not you.
- The Competition will begin on 12th June 2006 and will end on 1st March 2008 ('the Term'). At our discretion the competition may be continued after the Term.
- If you do not have permission or falsely claim to be the owner of the pet in the photograph and the owner of
the pet requests that the picture be taken down we will do so immediately and the entry will be disqualified.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is accurate, current and complete.
- Photographs will only be accepted in the formats detailed elsewhere on this Web Site (as defined below).
We will not accept photographs by mail or fax. We do not accept responsibility for the return or acknowledgement of
any photographs submitted.
- You warrant that you own all copyright in the photograph or that you have permission
from the copyright owner to make use of the photograph in this way.
- You warrant that the photograph is not defamatory of anyone nor will it infringe the right to privacy of any person.
- By submitting the photograph you give us an irrevocable licence to use the photograph in all media
(whether now in existence or hereinafter invented) including but not restricted to online (i.e. Web Site), all forms
of television, print publishing etc. throughout the universe in perpetuity. You understand that your photograph may appear
on the Offersmore website - www.offersmore.com (the 'Web Site').
- You hereby indemnify us against any claims of whatever nature that arise as a result of any breach by you of
any of these terms and conditions or any warranty offered by you hereunder.
- The photograph will be put on the Web Site as soon as is reasonable for us to do so after you submit it.
However we do not offer any warranties or guarantees as to when the photograph will be put on the Web Site or if
it will be put on the Web Site or used at all.
- We reserve the right to refuse to put up the photograph without explanation to you. We will not put up any
photographs which in our opinion are obscene, pornographic or not in good taste.
- If you wish to amend the description text relating to your pet you may do so.
- On notice from you via our Contact form, we will use reasonable commercial endeavours to amend the
description text if you so request.
- If you wish to withdraw a photograph and submit another you may do so.
- On notice from you via our Contact form, we will use reasonable commercial endeavours to take down
your photograph if you so request.
- The prizes will usually be as advertised on the Web Site. However, we reserve the right to
change the prizes for any reason.
- We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any time without notice or further recourse to you.
- Standard Prize draw rules also apply.
